Sacramental Certificates are required to receive additional sacraments, enroll in a Catholic School, be a sponsor for Baptism or Confirmation, get married among other things. If you need to show proof of receiving your sacraments, there are a few things you should know:

•  All of your sacraments are recorded at your church of Baptism, regardless of where you may have received your First Communion, Confirmation, or Marriage.

• If you were Baptized at Our Lady of Sorrows, we will be able to provide a certificate verifying that you indeed have received not only Baptism but any and all other sacraments you have received regardless of where.

• If you have received your First Communion, Confirmation and/or were Married at Our Lady of Sorrows, but not Baptized here, we would only be able to provide that specific sacrament(s) you received here as we are not your church of Baptism.
